Enrol at Eduvos and Regret it

If you want zero organisation at astronomical prices then this is the university for you! To summarise my experience with Eduvos as an online part time student:

- Classes never start on time - Communication is always limited and vague - They change systems every single year making them an admin nightmare - Marks are often incorrect - You are often left unprepared for exam content based on what the lecturer has covered - Exam dates are always given last minute giving little time to prepare - Their system (MyLMS) is never updated: it has the wrong calendars, still has placeholders for information. Lecturer had been sending slides and was told to NOT do that anymore as it was going to confuse students but that was literally the only info we got sent due to mylms having nothing on it. - Students faced technical issues during exams and were told it was due to load shedding at the campus and then later got told this did not happen and the students got accused of lying. - They sent out invoices and a week later (after payment was made) said invoices were incorrect and then DOUBLED in the "correct" invoices - Their fees are in line with top universities face to face programs - I also found out they charge their online part-time students and campus full-time students the same fees!! - The fees doubled from 1st year to 2nd year!

IN SHORT, THIS INSTITUTION ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY AND NOT EDUCATION AND FAILS TO HIDE THAT IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM. I get it, all uni's are businesses at the end of the day but at least care what you are offering your "customers" when taking large sums of money from them. They prey on students that depend on them now to complete their studies as credits are not transferable.

Reviewer Update
That is certainly not your mission given your obvious poor rating here and the fact that every other student in my year shares the same sentiment. If that is your mission, you have certainly failed. No one at the institution has reached out to me. I have tried to come to solutions with the institution but it has always been in Eduvos' best interest. You never seem to be able to admit your shortcomings or what you will do to make up for them or correct them.

In fact, after writing my review initially, I encountered more poor service including not being told which days my lectures were on and then having to catch up after 2 weeks of no information but the starting date. I want to know where these reviews are that are "extremely good and above" as I know no one that feels this way.

I want someone to actually tell me - we messed up and this is what we are doing to solve it. As a business, you cannot continuously put yourself before your customers and think you will last - you will end up in the same position as Pearsons. Out of business.

Dear Chelsea,

We would like to thank you, and our part-time students, for your collective input regarding our part-time studies division.  We currently have a task-team assigned so that these issues are prioritised and rectified . We are committed to aligning our part-time service levels to that of our full time student experiences.
