Eduvos Pretoria delays, lack of ownership of issues, terrible admin!

The higher certificate in IT at Eduvos is good but the administration of the university is terrible.

My son failed a module - requested a meeting with his student councellor, was told he had to write a sub to pass - wrote the sub, passed it well. At the end o the year suddenly it says failed subject. Approaches counsellors - no, there's apparently a "special" exam he has to write which they failed to mention to him? He is given 4 days to prepare for it but no access to the material. After a fight and a sit in they postpone the exam - to an unknown date and access to his material is still not activated so he doesn't have a date for the exam and isn't able to study for said "special" exam if they suddenly throw a date out at him. It's completely ruined his first quarter of this year as he had app**** to study another IT certification in December and even then was not told about the special exam. Now he can't apply, can't study, and the staff at Eduvos Pretoria are sick of hearing from him but they say they can't help OR they say they will ESCALATE the problem to head office and then vanish.... I could not be more furious with Eduvos pretoria and more dissapointed in this journey with them. Their lecturers were fantastic. Their admin brings them down to useless!
