Eduvos... Money first everything else later....

Easy answer.... Their horrible plain and simple..... Review over bye bye

In detail their service, communication and rate of response is the hole that sinks the ship. I could go on about everything else but I just wanna focus on one thing the fact that their communication is magnificently horryfying while their ability to collect money works perfectly with litterally no problems.

Listen eduvos I don't want to get involved with your shocking service (or lack thereof) and I don't want to get my blood pressure up again just thinking of the now 5 weeks I've been waiting for my degree but it's getting the way of many things I have been waiting to obtain but the fact that your school is litterally now ignoring my emails and your number doesn't work on mobiles is causing me actual anger and after anger comes legal action and I really don't want that because it gets ugly when it's people making cases against a school so please just can someone reach out and tell me what in the actual hell is happening with my degree

Like I said before I'm sorry it had to come to this message board I really didn't wanna go online with this but after 5 weeks of waiting and being ignored for 3 of those weeks...... Kinda starts to hurt ones feelings..... Anyway hoping this week is the week... Fingers crossed. Ps honestly if I could just get a digital copy which is honestly all I need I can honestly wait for the physical thing forever but a digital copy is all I need.

Thanks for the feedback

But see that's the issue

They keep saying I've collected my degree

Yet they held it with them because I had not fully paid up my outstanding funds

So let's calculate together

If I only finished paying for my degree 5 weeks

And have been asking them for my degree for 5 weeks

When did they give me my degree?

See what I mean?

They don't even know what's going on

Please do ask them who they gave it to coz it certainly wasn't me and please do ask them why they made me pay for something they already gave me if that's the case?

Someone said that the certificate is or had been sent to midrand campus so that's currently where we are on our side if that may help
