Disappointed- 0 communication

I have had a terrible experience with Eduvos, there is no communication whatsoever, only when there’s an amount outstanding on your account. I have sent numerous emails to numerous people in Eduvos and do you think any one of them got back to me? No. I had to write a deferred test due to load shedding and after the 5th email of trying to apply I gave up because there was no response. Half the time nobody knows what’s going on, timetables show up late and overall the service that is provided is shocking! They are messing with our education and have 0 interest in fixing that. I have read the previous reviews and their reply was please contact us. HOW are we supposed to contact you when there is no response! I am fed up to say the least.
