Continued Negative Experience

I've opted into doing a certified short course with Eduvos in programming and from the beginning all I've gotten is a ********** student experience. From the beginning I've had problems with logging in, student advisors that don't respond, asking for feedback or help and never getting any.

I completed my course at the end of November last year, since the beginning of this year, I've tried following up on getting my certificate many times and with multiple people - Ntombizethu Zulu and Onkgopotse Phemelo Malema; as well as another email address given to me by Ntombizethu and a student group on Microsoft Teams. I was told that we would have a graduation in May and I could only get the certificate then, its the end of May and no one has answers or will respond.

Overall - a horrible experience and would not recommend Eduvos
