COMPLAINT CONCERNING RESULTS, LACK OF SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!!!!!

I cannot voice out my frustrations enough with this School. I'm on my 3rd year and Some of my results are not updated Correctly, I wrote a Special Sup but I'm told there is no record of me ever writing this Sup, I even provided proof of my submission but still there is nothing updated on my results. How do I continue my studies or even finish my studies if this keeps on happening? Is this how you guys make money? Failing us on purpose so we can register again and pay for the same modules?

Non of your staff members is Answering emails or even calls.
