Charges R10 000.00 cancellation fee. Consider other institutions.
My son studied at Eduvos in 2023, the course he took was quite tough and he struggled so we decided to withdraw him from the course, I sent through the notice and 40 days later i recieved a R10 000 cancellation fee and they started to add interest to the account. I have reached our to Aamina Gangat the General Manager to discuss and reconsider and they refused to do anything about it, which i think is unacceptable. I was happy to pay some fee but R10 000 is absolutely exuberant. I would suggest to most parents to consider other institutions. this conduct reflects on who and what they really represent. We went from owing nothing to owing close to R11 000.00.

We have spoken with Ms Gangat with regard to your review. Since your son cancelled in the 11th month of his 12th month (one year) higher certificate it isn't possible to provide a refund. Please also note that the Eduvos cancellation policy is clearly stated in the contract that was signed on the commencement of studies. Please kindly refer to the signed contract where you will see the cancellation information: In the event of cancellation by an MLM student, at any time after the first 2 weeks of the commencement of the applicable MLM Programme, the Students and/or Sponsor shall be liable for all services already rendered to the Student (as at the date of cancellation), as well as 3 months tuition in the form of a reasonable cancellation fee.
