Broken system leaving students frustrated

I want to use the previous student’s complaint to reassure you that everything she wrote here is completely accurate.

I’m up early as we speak heading to the EDUVOS MIDRAND office to fight once again about basic communication, the MyLMS system, why vossie support team hasn’t responded to my quarries, finance owes me money and suddenly they a quiet, find out for the 4th time WHO IS MY STUDENT ADVISOR and why haven’t i received my contract or communication from them??? Every block I must chase them and beg for a timetable so I can attend classes

**Please read below from another student, this is exactly why I would never advise a student or working individual or parents to bring their kids here. The amount of money you pay and the service you get is rather disappointing**

Don't register, find a better school! Frustrating!!! I am a part-time student who started my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Eduvos (formerly Pearson Institute) at the end of 2020. As a reader of textbooks and someone eager to upskill, my choice to study at Pearson was influenced by the brand's strong reputation.

During my time with Pearson, the experience was fantastic. As a part-time student, everything was tailored to fit my needs. The content was informative, and the student advisors were exceptionally helpful, providing guidance every week. This support made managing my studies alongside other commitments much easier.

However, when Eduvos took over in 2021, everything changed for the worse.

The student advisors became unresponsive and failed to inform us of important changes. The quality of lecturers deteriorated significantly; many had poor communication skills, making it difficult to understand them during lectures.

The systems implemented by Eduvos, particularly Mymlms, are terrible. It frequently crashes, especially during critical times like exams, causing unnecessary stress and disruptions.

The timing of registration each year is consistently delayed, and there was an instance where they incorrectly informed me that I needed to repeat a subject I had already passed.

Financial management at Eduvos is another major issue. They are quick to demand payment, but the quality of service provided does not match the cost. It feels like they are more interested in collecting fees than delivering a quality education.

Next year is my final year, and I am eagerly looking forward to ending my relationship with this institution.

To anyone considering studying here, think twice. This has been the most frustrating customer experience ever, and I would not recommend it.
