*********** and lack of organisation

If i could rate it a zero, i would! I'm currently a second-year student at this institution and i received my block 2 timetable and noticed that i have a clash on my timetable. As soon as i saw this, i contacted everyone on the staff admin, the student advisors, the campus manger but they are CLAIMING that one of my modules (Economics) is a repeater module and there's nothing that they can do to resolve the issue. My first problem with that is: Economics was NEVER included in my first year contract, it was never written/typed in my list of first year modules. Secondly, they are making it MY problem that i have a clash on the timetable and it's not theirs. Eduvos answer this: HOW CAN I HAVE A REPEATE MODULE IF I NEVER DID IT IN THE FIRST PLACE? HOW IS IT MY FAULT THAT YOU GUYS FAILED TO INCLUDE THE ECONOMICS MODULE LAST YEAR AND ARE NOW MAKING IT MY FAULT? My sponsor and i are beyond infuriated because your admin staff is so QUICK to send and bombard us with messages and emails about paying fees (which we pay on time) but fail to resolve this simple issue. Bear in mind, im not the only student complaining about this, there are multiple other students BUT THE INSTITUTION IS NOT TAKING THIS SERIOUSLY!!!!!!! I will not be pressurized into dropping modules so that you can feel fulfilled in getting more money out of my sponsor! I will not keep quiet for this incompetency and lack of proper organization. Every block its always the same story! Do better. I dont want to escalate this matter to my sponsor's legal team.
