A dismal receptionist service

They have unprofessional receptions. They do not answer the phone!!! Just to get a member of staff's direct line after our meeting, I called over two days. I got cut when they had to transfer my call to Biomedical Science office. My impression is that Eduvos reception uses untrained people whi hate their job or the telephones are faulty. I will have to drive all the way to the campus only for someone's office number!!! Really shocking
