2 years of wasted education, time and money.
I am really disappointed with what has been happening. My kids have put a lot of work in to get a good education. I have payed for the promises that your company has given. I am a widow, with not a lot of money and support but extremely serious about trying my best to give my kids a good education. I have paid on time every month for around 2 years. Ive done everything you guys have requested we do. I have spent money i dont have on extra equipment because you told me the problems we were having is with us. Your company has given every single excuse and more of how its not your fault, and not 1 of those excuses made any sense. Every time you made a new excuse, for example: "you probably dont have a stable internet connection", then i would upgrade our stuff to try fix the problem with money i dont have. For 2 years i have been trying every single thing i can think of and everything you guys have told me to fix these issues. One of the biggest issues is that sometimes, atleast once a week, my son or daughter get kicked out of their work after working for an hour or more and it deletes all their progress and kicks then out. Then they must do the lesson all over again until it saves their work done. I was given a whole list of excuses and things i should do to avoid it. I did everything and still have the same issue. I was even told, "Mobymax doesnt just kick you out, and you are the only person who has every complained about this." Then im told, if only you can get video evidence of these issues happening. You should sit and record all their lessons until hopefully oneday you manage to get it on video. So i started trying to remember to record my kids screen to catch it happening on video. After months of trying i finually get it on video, and i get another excuse of it being our fault. You can see clearly in the video how we are kicked out. The excuse made no sence at all with how the program works. Time and time again, i have to start over again with a new person and go through all the steps all over again because you guys keep giving me different people to answer my watsapps and these other people dont know whats been happening so they start me all the way at the beginning again and i have to redo the whole process with them and explain everything from scratch to each one. This is so ridiculous its almost funny. You have waisted so much of my time already. You have set my kids back on their progress over and over again. Between myself and my kids, i dont know who feels more discouraged and defeated by all of this. I truly feel like i have wasted 2 years with you guys, 2 years of education is a lot. 2 years of fees is a lot. And now you accidentally reset his maths too, opps sorry for the inconvenience. We accidentally reset all his maths progress while we were trying to find the other problem. No, this is ridiculous.

Best discission I could ever make for my child
My daughter did her American High School with Edu8 SA. Because se count cope the mainstream schools. Home schooling was the only option. We app**** and was supported from day one. 2 years later and my daughter is done with school even before her peers now writing finals in the mainstream school. My daughter is more qualified than her peers and her future is open thanks to the wonderful team at Edu8 SA. We are more than happy with everything. Thank you, Edu8 SA, you saved my child's future.

Best discission I could ever make for my child

Edu8sa is the worst online school program!!!!
I should have read reviews before signing up with edu8sa. I have emailed and called and still waiting on a response, it's been a week so don't believe them when they say they respond in 24-48hrs. So glad to be signing up with a much more responsive team. I will definitely not recommend them, honestly a waste of time and money. I can definitely recommend a more responsive online school program. And please, edu8sa, don't respond to this because I do not want to hear your excuse, just answer my email!!
