Useless response and service from ECU Express

Good morning

To whom this may concern

I have an issue regarding a component that was tested by yourselves and indicated as the processor that it blown and that the component being defective and s****.

We then bought a control module from you for the vehicle and it was supp****.

As per yourselves the vehicle need to be taken to GM along with the old ECU and the vehicle needed merely to be coded. So, we did tow the vehicle in for the component to be coded.

Here starts the dilemma.

The newly supp**** ECU can’t be used on my vehicle as it is vin locked The old component diagnosed by yourselves in not faulty. Therefor you miss diagnosed the problem costing me R 500.00 to check the component and another R 7752.00 for the component supp**** hat I can’t get coded by a GM dealer. I phoned you numerous times and was informed by I believed the ladies name is Wendy that someone will get back to me and nothing has happened and the technician is not at work. So, I am still awaiting someone to get back to me to resolve the issue at hand.

This has been more than a frustrating experience since day one that I have to continuously phone you to find out if the component was ordered, has it arrived and now sitting with all this money spent for a unit that is useless to me as well as poor diagnosis by yourselves.

No one bothers to get back to me and now you are sitting with money for a unit that means nothing to me and no feedback on a way forward from yourselves.

I want answers and want to know what is the way forward as it is your mistake form the start of the process. The vehicle is currently fitted with the original ECU and is driving perfectly. You diagnosed the component as “s****”. This is contradicting your findings and want my money returned as the component is of no use to me and GM can’t assist with the coding as the ECU is locked.

You soonest response will be highly appreciated.
