Terrible attitude from ECU Express

I had take two ECU mercedes benz brake pumps to ECU Express (KYA SANDS) for assessment. On each occasion I was informed that they were faulty and could not be repaired. I then decided to buy one from ECU Express and guess what? This one one did not work either - even after I had returned it to ECU express. Two independent entities (Motolek who tested the unit with Bosch, the same unit that ECU Express uses) and Auto Elegance (who are Mercedes Benz repair specialists, reported that the unit I bought from ECU is faulty. ECU's response to me has been to show me the middle finger and to refuse to acknowledge that their unit is faulty and to reimburse or give me another unit. Please note: on their website, the ECU Express in England says these units are repairable and I assume, perhaps wrongly, that the Randburg branch is connected to the England one.

All in all, more that R10 000.00 down the line, I think their attitude has been unhelpful and and am investigating alternative remedies
