Quick to take cash poor customer service and response

I took my ecu for my clio to them 1st they said they can supply a new one and reprogram from the old ecu R5500 paid. That didnt work. They then said i need the bcm R3500 paid. That didnt work. They said the lockset i require woukd be keys ecu and bcm. Only to find they needed to supply me with a steering ecu as well. Now they say they can order an new lockset which i must pay and wait 10 days. Multiole calls multiple whatsapps. They stopped replying when i put pressure. Asked for management no reply. Saturday i waited 4 hours for a reprogram that didnt work. They supp**** me the ecu with incorrect part numbers twice. I am now stranded without a car R9k later and a few hundred in fuel for 4 trips there and back. They completely stopped responding to my messages only Max is helpful but programming just ignores me. They refuse to refund me for parts that were incorrectly supp**** incorrect advice given. 9k out of pocket. Probably going to lose my job in this unemolyment climate. They tell me the steering ecu is part number specific. Yet the ecu and bcm are not they gave me ecus for a 1.4 megane k4m engine when i made it clear it must be for a 2.0 RS f4r clio 3. I am getting no joy from these guys poor max is doing his best but programming just wont help.
