let's see how CPA can deal with an *********** company that has no clue what they are doing. they promised to refund my money within 14 days. a month later still waiting. they even have a nerve to say "take us to the lawyers".

Hi Kulani,

The ECU you brought for us to program was incompatible. We were truthful and told you it won't work.

Your refund was done on the 14th working day, in line with our policy, and the proof of payment was sent to you which you acknowledge having received.
