ECU express wasted my time and money

These ****** supp**** an ECU without the vin number of the donor vehicle. Charged me R10500 plus R800 for programming. When this didn't work it became almost impossible to reach them. Ron will not return calls and is evasive when you do finally track him down. He stalled for time and eventually just refused to help further. No offer of a refund for what is a useless ecu unit.
