Ecu Express

I had a problem with my car with the Ecu,got the Ecu Express on internet at first I was so excited, thinking my issue will be solved,I contacted them told me o bring the ecu.took it there they did the diagnostic test gave me a quote,then b4 made a payment of my replacement kit as if when I pay how long will it take,told me it takes 7 working days only on the 8 day asked if my collection is ready they told me the way the quote they gave me is wrong they did a mistake have to add money.the guy ask if can bring my car my heart told me to take it there,took it there they had my car for a month without doing anything when I called to ask to collect my car they asked for extra 6hour every hour its 660 went there when I got there they haven't dont anything to it took my car.now had to have my refund they giving me hustle to refund my money Please assist.
