Bmw ecu cloning/coded

I will never recommend this company for anybody for ecu repairs.. I send my water damaged ecu with a replacement one only to be coded or cloned that they told me that wouldn't be a problem doing it. Before i arrange a Courier for pick i phoned them to confirm that everything will work 100%. They promise me it will definitely be perfect..I paid them and the courier charges and received the boxes the following day that was totally still the same as i send it down... I message them and also phoned regarding the problem and they only told me send it back and they will TRY TO FIX it or test it in a vehicle which was not good enough. I send the ecu boxes to another place and they fix it in 1day.. I cant understand why people make promises to fix ( coding / cloning ) ecu boxes and still take your money. I asked for refund and no reply from them..
