Bad Service

Very bad service. Since I dropped my ecu for immobiliser bypass last week Friday, today it's Wednesday no feedback at all. Monday and Today I phoned, they keep saying someone will phone me back. No one ever did phone me. Yesterday when I drove there, they said they are busy and I will obviously get my ECU today. And why is ECU testing fee a must, when I just want to bypass immobiliser!!!
