Router light blue and not connecting

Good day. I have just received my router and sim from Ram couriers but I am not connecting to the internet and the router light is blue instead of green like the other one I ordered last month. Kindly advise as to what must I do

Hi. Thanks for the 5 star. Please note after delivery the delivery man must confirm delivery in their system which is integrated with ours and you will automatically be connected
