No longer connected
My speeds were amazing and I have never had a problem with your internet and the speeds were always up and amazing. But all of a sudden I am nolonger connected to the internet and the light is blue. Please help
Good day. If you have been using the lte package it only means your account has been suspended for non payment if you have paid kindly email proof of payment to accounts. If it is a new package give it a few hours or minutes when the light changes to green you will be connected
