Please stay away from this ********** **** company. Do not order anything on their website : https://www.ecotel.co.za I have ordered a Wifi router online on 13 September 2018 and paid R1500 via EFT as required. I have forwarded proof of payment directly as well as my bank. They have not answered any email, whatsapp, telephone calls and my order still showing on hold. I have tried various times to make contact, but it seems it is their modus operandi to received money and disappear. Stay away unless you prepared to lose money. They send you automated emails from accounts department, founder of the company and whatsapp, but it is all part of their hoax to take your money.

Good day. I am really sorry that you feel that way. Kindly note that we do not have and have never had a router for R1500 however I am willing to help you further. Can you email to support, just mention Jack in the subject and I will help you further.

Jack, thanks for the belated response. But just as I thought, it is all smoke and mirrors. I followed your advice and ensured to send emails to all the Ecotel email addresses (reference: JACK) and was surprised to find support responding via another site showing my inquiry as pending with ticket 11601, and to my surprise (not really) there has been no official feedback or response since then. So I will stick to my comment that it is all a hoax to con people out of their money. As for the Router of R1500. It is funny you should comment that you do not have routers for R1500, yet Ecotel officially issued me with an invoice (Ecotel Invoice_10 ********** ) which I paid. I will really like a refund as per the email and numerous inquiries as I have not received the order and it still shows as outstanding on the "****" website. Maybe Jack or someone else will respond in a month again.
