Ecotel ****s do not do business with them
Order #9763 Ecotel ISP is reaping me apart. They ****med me. I ordered their 100GB LTE-A package on the 21st and payed on the 25th but till today theres no contact or delivery. I spoken to the ceo or something by the name of Gumbi but I guess he's on **** too. The funny thing is that on their website it states that 'free router, installation and delivery within 2-3 days'. It couldn't get better when 1 fool I think from accounts replyed my email and saying "do you have an LTE-A route so that we can deliver you're sim card" so I copied their website ad and sent it to them. Little did I know they'll dissappear forever. I think they intentionally frustrate clients,******** us with our hard earned money. You're *****'s ****** . I need the service you owe me or money back
Good day Karabo Selepe. Kindly confirm if you have a compatible router by replying to the email that was sent to you as our simcards are automatically deactivated if not inserted in a router within 24hours
