Ecotel lte internet *****

I have ordered this ecotel package on the 27th of July nothing received and paid for now the phone nr has changed as well as the logo on the internet. It was blue previously and now pink. Be aware of this as it is internet ***** and no delivery

Good day. I am really sorry for the inconveniences caused. Kindly send us your order number and we will arrange a 1 day delivery for you. Please note that most of our deliveries are done in 2 days.

It is true that our branding changed. All our numbers are working. I also know that out of thousands of numbers you may know only 2 or 3. And all the numbers are working. As far as ***** is concerned please note that we are registered with all governing bodies and certificates can be arranged for your perusal at 330 Surrey avenue, Ferndale, Randburg.

But for whatever that may have happened. I do apologize. Some of the problems we encountering is that some people pay using the wrong reference numbers and then we end up not knowing who made the payment as a result the orders remains onhold. Kindly send an email to using your order number as the subject together with your proof of payment

good day I have send numerous emails concerning this and received replies form people every time promising to deliver but nothing happened. My order nr is attach to each email and you confirmed my payment as well. There was only one nr on the internet for your company and it changed recently. I have whatapp you and no response received. My order always went with a order number so that excuse is invalid. I also have all correspondence saved with you. Please note that I am not the only person complaining about your business. Please stop lying to the people either deliver what is paid for or refund our money. My order nr is 9192 as I have stated it was already paid for on the 27th of JULY and payment was confirmed.
