ECOTEL: AN *********** VOIP/ISP SERVICE PROVIDER

I ordered a VoIP number four days ago and never received it on time. I then called Ecotel's offices, I even called every number listed on their invoices, documents and website. I also sent emails every day at least about 8 times but to no avail. I finally got hold of them after frustrations and their excuse is that their number is always busy. Were their accounts and sales emails also busy? It doesn't make sense.
