Pathetic service, no communication

Ecotel does not even deserve one star.I cannot begin to comprehend how that company still operates.There must be one staff member working there.I ordered a landline on the 8th of July,sent off the necessary documents to be activated.I have been trying to get hold of a staff member to assist me,i have made numerous attempts to contact via telephone, email and WhatsApp however, no help.

Do not waste your time!!!! No employees present and no replies.
