I have ordered an Ecotel Lte router order nr 9192. Nobody is answering a phone or email. It was paid for and after paying I even confirmed payment. These people is not responding to any messages. THEY ARE *****UALENT. They should not even have a rating on the system. Delivery is suppose to take 2 days phoned them yesterday and they said they are waiting for routers. Today phoned again phone does not even ring.

I have emailed Mr L Gumbi as well as he responded on helopeter as to what good service they provide without any response.

Please be carefull of these people
