ECOTEL, The Leading Bad Service Provider

I purchased a Virtual Landline number from Ecotel on the 11th Jan 2019 for my SME and never received my number since. It was advertised for R40 but they wanted to charge me R100 for delivery of a 'Virtual number'. I disputed that because there is no physical delivery of such a product. This Ecotel is in the business of selling a wide range of other services/products but deliberately don't have a telephone number where you can contact them, instead they use different Whatsapp numbers changing every week and not confirmed by Whatsapp. You would get through to people such as Zuma, Zille and Ayanda (the worst but again on par with the others) on these numbers. Long-story short; stay away from this Ecotel company!!!! I don't even know if I will get my refund upon request. These are ******, masquerading as a well functioning company. Dysfunction, inefficiency, disregard, uncaring and many other detestable traits are found in the culture of Ecotel.
