Ecotel *****s your money - total ****

I have placed an order with Ecotel for an LTE product and paid as per their email to me, they then informed me they don't have the product in my area, only the more expensive 50GB package, after I have paid for the 25Gb package. I then requested a refund and was told on email that I will get a notification when my refund has been processed. Till this day I have not received any money or service/LTE router from Ecotel. They ignore my emails, my next step will be to open a case of ***** against them if they don't respond soon i.e. COB today
