Ecotel LTE - No delivery, No Service, No Response! Worst Ever!!
I ordered and paid for my LTE device and data on 20 July - the website states 2 day delivery, by the last week in August I had still not received my device even after numerous follow ups so I decided to contact Afrihost - within a few days I had my device, data, everything working perfectly. On the day I contacted Afrihost I requested a refund from Ecotel via email and their whatsapp number, since then I have sent numerous emails to various Ecotel addresses and numerous whatsapp's to both their whatsapp numbers and have still not even had an email back acknowledging my request. They have been sitting with my money since 20 July and have merely ignored me!!!
