When your data is depleted, you pay a top up but you are never topped up. you will be requested to send your proof of payment to ********** for attention John with a foreign accent. When you follow up you are told that they are busy upgrading the system in the meantime send email to ********** Nothing happens and when you query further they give you the owner's email address ********** No response from any of the 3 email addresses and you lose the top up amount.
