Celerity ISP must be financially penalized in terms of service level agreement and consumer refunded for time that the service is down. It cannot be expected of the consumer to pay in full for services not delivered
One star is too high a rating for Celerity ISP Services which is constantly down. The Service Level agreement with providers is bogus and cannot be legal! Celerity are down consecutive days in a row from anything between 8 and 14 hours in one day. The bogus SLA does not allow for recourse and penalities (financial recoup if monies) for services that cannot be delivered and transgresses the consumer protection act where consumer pays for services not delivered and if there is not an appropriate response where Celerity’s is penalized it is time to report it to consumer protection for a fair resolution. Do not buy any services where celerity is involved
