Worst service in a company I have ever experienced... and in South Africa that is saying something!

Basically ******* masquerading as a company

Firstly we struggled to get the sim cards from them!!! After 3 weeks of waiting, we drove to their offices to finally get the sim cards. After a month of really nice internet, they just disconnected us saying that we haven't paid for the next month.

We tried getting them on ALL their telephone lines, none even answered. Their so-called WhatsApp line doesn't give ANY responses. After 5 emails we gave up. With every query logged, we attached the proof of payment showing that it's a debit order that went through on the date stipulated in the contract.

This company isn't worth your hard earned money. DONT EVEN CONSIDER THEM!!!!!
