Worst hotel services

I came today to ecotel in benoni lakefield and from the time i entered reception the lady who was helping me has no customer service at all she spoke to me so rudely and treated me like she was doing me a favour by getting a room for over night stay. I payed cash R600 which the bill is R579 and never receive my change. So we put our stuff into the room and i left to go buy spares for a customer which i do for a living buy and sell spares.And my partner stayed behind because when i return which she has to go pick her kids from school and drop them at home. But when i returned back to the motel and she had to go pick up the kids which i stayed behind the receptionist called me again with attitude being very very rude and she was on a call with another lady which i dont know who she is and she saying to kick us out because are up to something in here and made us feel like we are thives from the time we entered reception. So i really really dont recommend anyone to go there and get **** services that i received today 14.08.2020 friday 13h00. THE WORST HOTEL SERVICE EVER.
