Worst Hosting Provider!!!

Support is non-existent, no-one answers calls, no-one responds to emails, the closest I got to decent service was via Whatsapp with Zille, but ultimately, it was of no use. My total bill came to R1485.00, I chose to pay online using my card, 1st amount deducted was R110.00 then R172.00, then Zille assisted me via whatsapp after 9pm to get me to pay the balance, It was supposed to be a simple transfer of domain, hosting and SSL, its been 3 days going on 4 and they still dont have it right. This is by far the worst service I have ever had!Now that I have threatened to cancel and demanded a refund, they seem to have disappeared...
