UPSET

I am very disappointed and extremely upset at the service I got from Vox . I have been messed around for two weeks with a sales person that doesn't even know what is going on . First she says I need to certify documents then I do then they will phone to arrange to set up the not then certify documents again then its approved then it's not then documents again then its approved then not . What the hell I already paid when it was approved the first time what is going on . And the WhatsApp she send me it is just a I dont give a **** . She never let's me know anything till I WhatsApp her then all she can say after this is I dont have answer *** you are working for that company
