After signing up with Ecotel online with a bonus code. i was told that i had payed the wrong amount and need to pay more. so i decided to then cancel right away and ask for a refund. i am still waiting for a refund after over a month. Ecotel you are a ***** and i will always go out of my way to protect people from **** companies. nothing has been sorted out from you guys after numerous phone calls and e mails including e mails sent of proof of EFT.
