the manager at ecotel midrand said some ****** comments and we took the video of him, he said we much go back to the location where we belong and we left, when we came back the following day for our refund he refused to give us the full amount. we booked form Durban and when we arrived at night after having dinner , two family friends came to see us and they both stay in Midrand and they have their own houses, The manager started shouting at us and calling us "these people". He called ADT security and SAPS for females. he chased us away of the hotel so we want our full refund other wise we are going to take this video footage to the media. and also we had to phone around for the alternative accommodation and driving around as well. we want ECOTEL to pay us for the calls we made and petrol when we were driving to the new accommodation and we had to drive back to ecotel to collect our money and he didn't give us the full refund
