PATHETIC

Absolutely the most pathetic service ever!!! I wonder if cell c knows of the service ur giving too customers using their sim cards!!!

Firstly FALSE ADVERTISING delivery withing 3 days... its been a week which i already paid for...to say the least calling is a hassle because everyone has a different story regarding ur delivery!!!!

Got through to someone that said i can said a courrier on my cost to collect it because im from Bela Bela.. which i did!!i specifically asked Alina to assure my whole order is ready when they pick up as for i have to pay for the delivery costs!!! And i also told them its urgent i need it before this weekend .. Guess what???

My courrier company just told me that ECOTEL didnt send my router!!! So someone better make a plan for my router to be deliver TODAY or i want a full refund TODAY... i dont care what the excuse is

Not to even talk about ur rude customer service.. the people on whatzapp dont answer ur messages. Ur phobe calls get hung up on I have dealed with cell c before and even their service is better then yours!!! This is so PATHETIC.
