ecotel sucks

support sucks, customer interface top up not working, data disappears without explanation but asking to send money for top us, both whatsapp on the website leading to the same number (as when this wouldn't look like *****), always the same person answers the phone (when someone finally answers the phone), doesn't matter which number is called. seems like a two person business, still waiting for a callback, have send emails but also here no answers, can't even top up at all. It's a cellc card they provide, but not even cellc can give information, this company sucks, when their would be the possibility to give negative stars I would gladly do so

Good day. Kindly note that you have to pay for top up in advance if you need to top up your internet account. 

If you are around Johannesburg kindly note that we have a walk in support centre at 330 surrey avenue in Randburg. More are coming to every city.

Ordered a 50GB LTE bundle and just got 20GB. Topped up to a 100GB lte bundle and still just got 20GB. Support sucks big time, always just empty promises and want to call back and nothing happen.
