Ecotel service provider is a bogus company

On the webiste uncapped LTE was advertised as R725 sim only,so i placed my order.on checkout it said R570 pro rata then R950 per month. when i managed to hold of Popi on the chatbintold it her says now where its for the first month .she then told me that she just told me so .my first mistake. anyways i paid the R725 and received a confirmation email statting my sim will be delivered in 5 days. it was not delivered on the said date and i managed to speak to someone on whatsapp who said my order was on hold as payment was not recieved.i sent them proof and was issued a new delivery day. on said day no delivery.you can not get thru to a human at the given numbers and yiur calls get cut after about ten minutes holding. i emailed accounts and asked for a refund and received a cancellation email and number within in hours but when i emailed to confirm delivery ingot nothing.This company is a **** .DO NOT SIGN UP .even if they are the cheapest.you cant get hold of support,accounts or sales. I am sure the refund will not done either
