The lodge is good and clean, have no complain as far as the lodge and its cleanliness is concern. My problem is the manager who was on duty on the weekend of the 29th - 31st night duty, who goes by the name of Jabu(lile). She is so unprofessional, rude and clueless about what she expected to behave and handle customers. She has poor management s****s and easily taken by emotions. She could not handle customers who were lodged there, she was so loud and made inappropriate comments instead of solving the problem which was brought to her attention. Her approach was wrong and she just can not cope well under pressure and totally lacks problem solving s****s She is a very bad image for such a clean, beautiful and peaceful lodge. If something is not done about her behavior then the lodge will have less people coming.
