Ecotel is worthless - don’t waste your time or money!

WORST provider in history, don’t waste your time! First of all the information on their website is FALSE, they know this and act like I just didn’t understand how it was supposed to be read. Advertising a lower price and not being able to get it whatsoever is FALSE ADVERTISING.

When I tried to discuss this to open a contract with them, I asked to speak to the manager who PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR.

After this my father dealt with them and sadly still got a contract with them. It took TWO WEEKS for the sim to arrive and that’s all that arrived, a sim alone. No instructions, no information, just a singular sim from cell c and we were not even aware they were just another reseller.

It’s been a full month now and the SIM STILL DOESNT EVEN WORK. We’ve been in constant contact with them and they’re clueless!

Your money would be better spent if you burnt it in a firepit.
