ECOTEl Internet Service provider : What an *********** institution and claiming they are fast and reliable

It is not really 1 star worth. I have been trying to get to speak to any one at the number they provide on the internet...its now 2 weeks later and I am still not through to them. Left 3 voice messages as well, wrote an email too.....nothing

They claim they are fast and reliable...well guess what...i made my payment on the 26th of April already and my status show that my payment is pending? Wonder what happened to the money that has been transferred into their account for next months internet.

Are they *****'s? I would not know.... but for sure they are ***********!
