ECOTEL - ***** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

This company appears to be a **** of note. I paid my money, submitted all my Rica documents and still have not heard back from them. This is despite emailing, calling and using their Whatsapp chat service. What I would like to know is how are they still able to operate? I have read other reviews since my experience and would like to know how they still have a website, registered domain and no arrests have been made even though crimes have been committed?
