Ecotel bad service

Ecotel is so **********!

You pay for their subsrciption and upon confirming if the payment was received, there is no response to emails/ whatsapp messages. I purchased one of their packages for wifi but no one confirmed receipt and after contacting them for 2 consecutive days, i emailed that i want to cancel. No one responded so i whatsapped the number given and they directed me to accounts and gave me a contact number but when i called the number did not go through, nor did they ever respond to emails.

On Thursday they sent an email that my payment is due else they will unsubscribe me, i emailed back that i had asked for a cancellation & refund 2 days after ordering since there was no correspondence from their end but i just received another email tat i have been unsubscribed!

These people just take your money and leave you hanging!
