Worst post service installation

The service post installation of my solar system is practically non existent. I've been trying to get my C.O.C documents forever! I paid an extremely expensive fee for them to do the installation. 1 months later and I still do not have my certificate documents. Absolutely pathetic! I also only get feedback on my emails when I send follow up emails or if I cc the entire company into the email.
