Poor After service

Product installed is fantastic as well as workmanship but installation and admin issues ruined the experience.

A month after the install I'm still unable to use power from the grid and the heat pump install is causing vibrations through the whole house. They just told me my meter is the issue and has been sent from pillar to post by City Power. This left me without an oven or cooktop since the install.

Got tired of calls being ignored as well as appointments being missed. There is no urgency in dealing with issues either. Busy looking for another installer to fix their install issues.
