Poor After Sales

Installed a system. No backup service provided after payment was done. System runs 80% of time off the grid because they have not done correct system setup. Battery communication cables doesn't work, router on system doesn't work. They have promised me 2 times a week they will be here since the 21 September and today the 7th of October. I have given up with all the excuses they use why they cannot or do not have time.
