Oxygen cylinder ****
My sister has been contacting Ecomed without any help. Her husband received a 19 kg humidifier oxygen cylinder on Friday (15/09/2023). However, it was already finished by Saturday (16/09/2023). The receptionist keeps hanging up whenever my sister calls. It's been 3 times now. Someone's life is in danger and the receptionist can barely transfer a call to the right department.

We offer our oxygen patients a 424 liter or a 1400 liter oxygen cylinder as a back-up. Could you advise which number your sister's husband was using to contact Ecomed over the weekend?
